~ESOIDTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
'BE IT RESOLVED THAT SIG SANCHEZ, the Mayor of the
City of Gilroy, or G. B. CA~R, City CJerk of the City of
Gilroy, be and each is hereby authorized to accept and con-
sent to Deeds or Grants of property to the said City of
Gilroy and to execute any written acceptance and consent
to the recordation thereof on behalf of the said City of
Gilroy, as provided for in Section 27281 of the Government
Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
Resolution be recored in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara.
