RESOLUTION NO. ~9 e;
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DIRECTING
ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OR GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Gilroy, a Municipal
Corporation in the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
does hereby accept that certain conveyance or grant of real property
mady by
WIll-DO, INO.
to the said City of Gilroy, dated
NoY_her 18, 1958
, and
the said City of Gilroy does hereby consent to the recordation of
said deed pursuant to General Resolution Number . 486 ,heretofore
adopted by the Common Council and on record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
The Mayor of the City of Gilroy or the City Clerk of the
City of Gilroy is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
certificate of acceptance upon the said conveyance, in the form
provided for by Section 2728J.of the Government COQe.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1958, by the
