BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy that
the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Gilroy
an Agreement with the Department of Finance regarding a popula=
tion estimate in the form on file in the offioe of the City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1960~ by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Pate, Rush~ Petersen, Wentworth~ Jordan
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Gallo
