RESOLUT[ON NO. 558
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING
PROPOSED EXPRESSWAY SYSTEM.
WHEREASr an Expressway system for Santa Clara County has
been proposed and has been approved by the County Traffic Ways
Corrunitteel and the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County has
requested the City Councils of the municipalities inthe County to
adopt the said proposed expressway system and the said request has
been presented to the Corrunon Council of the City of Gilroy; and:
WHEREAS, the said Common Council believes that the said
proposed expressway system: as approved by said County Traffic Ways
Corrunitteez should be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Corrunon Council of the
City of Gilroy does adopt the said expressway systemo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolutionr duly
certifiedr be forwarded to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of
Santa Clara County and to such other organizations as may request a
copy 0
