RESOLUTION OF 'rHE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION OF SERVICES PERFORMED FOR THE
CITY BY LOUIS SCOLARI
WHEREAS LOUIS SCOLARI, an employee in the Department of
Public Works of the City of Gilroy for approximately fourteen
(14) years, has been compelled to resign his position because
of ill health and,
WHEREAS the said LOUIS SCOLARI has during the said period of
his employment faithfully performed and discharged his duties in
an exceptional and exemplary manner and his record as an employee
of the City of Gilroy is one to be envied by all City employees
and elected officials, and
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Gilroy desires on
behalf of the citizenry and of themselves to express their deep
gratitutle for the said LOUIS SCOLARI I S devotion to duty,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Gilroy does commend LOUIS SCOLARI upon his fine record
as an employee of the City of Gilroy and does express its sincere
regret that it has become necessary for him to terminate his employ-
ment with said City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Certified Copy of this Resolution
be delivered to the said LOUIS SCOLARI.
