RESOLUTION FIXING TIME OF HEARING

WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
has reported to the
Council of the City of Gilroy upon the
application for the rezoning from Zone B District to Zone C-l
District all of the following described premises located in the
City of Gilroy not now in the said C-l Districtr to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the East City Limits
with the Northerly line of Old Gilroy Road; thence Northerly
along the East City Limits a distance of 336.60feet; thence
running Westerly a distance of 165066 feet; thence Southerly
a distance of 266064 feet to the northerly line of Old Gilroy
Road; thence easterly along the Northerly line of Old Gilroy
Road a distance of 117.48 feet to the point of beginning~

WHEREAS the law and the ordinance of the City of Gilroy
requires that a hearing be had upon said application before the
said Council of the City of Gilroy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Monday, the 2nd day of
May, 1960, at the hour of 8 otclock p.mo in the Council Chambers of
the Wheeler Municipal Auditorium~ at 6th and Rosanna Streets, City
of GilroYt be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for
the hearing of said application and that notice thereof be given
in accordance with the law and the zoning ordinance of the City
of Gilroy 0
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1960, by the
