RESOLUTION NO. 569
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
PROVIDING THAT RANGE 27 BE THE PAY RANGE APPLY-
ING TO THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE INSTEAD
OF RANGE 24 AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 554.
BE IT RESOLVED that Range 27, as set forth in Resolution No.
554 of the Council of the City of Gilroy allocating the various
classes of positions in the City service to appropriate ranges in
the basic pay plan as provided for under Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 567 adopted March 3, 1958 by the Council, to be the pay range
applying to the position of Chief of Police of the City of Gilroy,
instead of Range 24, from and after the ,clay the thi ef:of.P.QU~~, takes
off ice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this b~ day of June, 1960.
