RESOLUTION NO. 585
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITV OF GILROV APPROVING A PLAT OF SHERWOOD
PARK, UNIT NO.4, SUBDiViSION, UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the owners of SHERWOOD PARK~ UNIT NO.4, a Subdivision, have
presented to the Council of the City of Gilroy, for approval, a Plat of
said subdivision, and the said Council has examined the Plat, and,
WHEREAS, xhe Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has heretofore
approved the plat of said Subdivision subject to certain change therein
which have been made and upon certain conditions; and,
WHEREAS~ the Council, after examining the map of said subdivision, as
changed, has determined to approve the said subdivision and the map thereof
subject to the following conditions:
a. That the owners of said subdivision execute an agreement
with the City of Gilroy providing for the furnishing and
installation of certain improvements as set forth in the
Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Gilroy, and as
required by the Council of the City of Gilroy.
BE [T RESOLVED THAT~
Upon the execution of the foregoing agreement and the making of the
changes in the Plat of the said Subdivision as hereinbefore required, that
the said Map of said Subdivision shall stand approved, and the proper offi=
cials of the City of Gilroy are authorized to execute any writing required
in evidence of said approval.
