RESOLUTION NO. 586
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 6 of RESOLUTION NO.
509 ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR THE SUBDIVISION OR
DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY AND DEFINING TYPE AND
QUALITY OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITIES REQUIRED,
BY REQUIRING THAT THE PROPERTY DEVELOPER SHALL
FURNISH AND INSTALL WATER SERVICES IN SUBDIVISIONS
AT NO COST TO THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED that Section 6 of Resolution No. 509
as heretofore adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Gilroy shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 6: WATER UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. On-site water
lines shall be installed by the property developer at no cost to
the City. In subdivis ions water service shall be installed by the
property developer at no cost to the city. Minimum sizes of lines
and service shall be determined by the City of Gilroy.

Gilroy this 3rd
