RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM HOWSON'S
INCORPORATED FOR NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF CHURCH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Gilroy does hereby
accept the attached deed conveying real property constituting
a Northerly extension of Church Street from Howson's Incorporated
and consents to its recordationo
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of octoberc 1960, by
the following vote:
