RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE
OF EASEMENT KLONG EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 44 AS SHOWN ON
MAP OF TRACT NOo 2548 ESCHENBURG PARK UNIT NO.3.
WHEREAS it appears necessary and desirable for the City
of Gilroy to qoquire an easement for the installation and .mainten-
ance of public utilities, together with the r~9ht of ingress to
and egress from, for the purposes of inspection, maintenance and
repair of same, over, under, along and across a strip of land 5 feet
in width, the easterly line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 44, as
shown on the Map of Tract No. 2548, Eschenburg Park Unit
No.3, which Map was filed for record in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of Cali-
fornia, on January 22 I 1959, in Book 116 of Maps, Page-"15 ;
thence S. 20. 00' E. 120.75 feet along the Easterly line
of said Lot 44, as shown on said .map, and
WHEREAS said premises now stand of record in the name of
Surety Title and Guaranty Company, a corporation, and arrangements
have been made for the City of Gilroy to acquire title to said
easement, and
WHEREAS the said Surety Title Company has executed a deed
conveying title to the above described easement to the City of
Gilroy and the said City desires to accept said conveyance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said City of Gilroy
does hereby accept the said deed and does hereby consent to its
recordation.
