RESOLUTION FIXING TIME OF HEARING ON ADOPTION OF CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF
MASTER OR GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has made
and fi led with the City Clerk of the City of Gi Iroy its report and recom-
mendation on the adoption of the circulation element of a Master or Gen=
eral Plan for the City of Gilroy; and,
WHEREAS, the law requires that before the council of the said
city can consider and adopt said plan, that it must hold at least one
hearing thereon and that Notice of said hearing must be given by publica-
tion one time in a newspaper at least ten days prior to the time of hearing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT Monday the 16th day of January,
1961, in the Counci 1 Chambers in the City Hall, Sixth and Rosanna Streets,
Gi Iroy, California, be, and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place
for the hearing of said circulation element of said Master or General Plan
and that Notice of said hearing be given in accordance with lawo
