RESOLUTION NO. 80-l3
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY M1ENDING
SECTION 7 OF RESOLUTION NO. 76 -41 SO AS TO MODIFY DRAINAGE
ZONE FEES FOR THE DEVELOP~1ENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN STORM
DRAIN ZONE "A".
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the owners
of 29.676 acres on the east side of Wren Avenue between First and
Third Streets within Storm Drain Zone "A", being Assessor Parcel
Nos. 808-12-007 and 808-08-003, have agreed to contribute $3,000.00
per acre development fees toward the construction of storm drainage
in lieu of assessments,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that
the rates set forth in Section 7 of Resolution No. 76-41 for
Drainage Zone Fees shall be amended only as to the 29.676 acres
consisting of Assessors Parcel Nos. 808-12-007 and 808-08-003 to
the sum of $3,000.00 per acre in lieu of $868.00 per acre, said
area to be identified as Zone "A-I".
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TP~ CITY OF GILROY
this 2nd day of February, 1980, by the following vote:
