RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 53
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVI1\JG AN
AGREEMENT NO. 04-5034-C FOR ~fAINTFNANCE OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
SYSTEMS IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California through its Department
of Transportation, District 04, has presented an Agreement for
Maintenance of traffic control signal system in the City of Gilroy,
dated July 1, 1980.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy that said Agreement is hereby approved and the ~ayor and
City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1980 by the
