RESOLUTION NO. 80-61
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING AN INDUSTRIAL PAP~ DISTRICT IN CON-
JUNCTION WITH ORDINANCE 80-22 PREZONING 4.7 ACRES
ON THE WEST SIDE OF MURRAY AVENUE 1200 FEET NORTH
OF LEAVESLEY ROAD AS M2 (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL)
DISTRICT.
VffiEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
Commission and staff has recommended establishing an Industrial
Park District in conjunction with prezoning the subject pro-
perty as M2 (General Industrial) District,
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the
Council concurs with said recommendations, and good cause appear-
ing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy hereby establishes an Industrial Park District,
which shall conform in all respects to the requirements of the
General Plan, in conjunction with Ordinance 80-22 prezoning 4.7
acres on the West side of Murray Avenue 1200 feet North of
Leavesley Road as M2 (General Industrial) District.
BE IT FURTlffiR RESOLVED, that after review and recommen-
dation by the staff and Planning Commission, development plans
shall be approved by the Council prior to the issue of building
permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1980, by the
following vote:
