RESOLUTION NO. 80-85
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 79-93 APPROVING AN AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP
FOR 31 LOTS ON PARK DRIVE BETWEEN CHURCH STREET AND WREN
AVENUE .
WHEREAS, on TM 79-2 further application has been made by
LAZZCO INCORPORATED by EDWARD LAZZARINI to the Council for approval
of an amended tentative map for a 31 lot subdivision on Park Drive
between Church Street and Wren Avenue, and good cause appearing
therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Gilroy that paragraph 4 (a) of Resolution 79-93 shall be amended
as follows:
(a) The project shall consist of 31 lots,
numbers 24 through 34, 45 through 58 and 68 through
73 of the original map submitted/as shown on the
Tentative Map as revised June 23, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other conditions in Resolution
No. 79-93 remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1980, by the
following vote:
