RESOLUTION NO. 80-87
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A CONDOMINIUM
CONVERSION OF APARTMENTS AT 1261 AND 1271 JUNIPER
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, application TM 78-1 has been made by AL FORTINO
to the Planning Commission for approval of a tentative map for a
condominium conversion of 18 apartments at 1261 and 1271 Juniper
Drive,
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved a Catagorical Exemption under the California Environ-
mental Quality Act and has passed Resolution No. 78-14 in which
it recommends approval of the tentative map subject to one con-
dition, and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommenda-
tion and the evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Gilroy that the tentative map is approved with the following
conditions:
1. Applicant shall comply with all requirements for
condominium conversion set forth in Resolution No. 78-40.
2. Applicant shall arrange with P.G.&E. to provide
the easements for p.G.&E. access.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1980, by
the following vote:
