RESOLUTION NO. 80-91
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A BUILDOUT SCHEDULE FOR 1981, 1982
AND 1983 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission
and staff has recommended a buildout schedule for 1981, 1982 and
1983 under the Residential Development Ordinance.
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council,
with minor modifications, concurs with said recommendations, and
good cause appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following ranking and buildout
assignment:
