RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COlmCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISH-
ING A RETURNED CHECK FEE.
WHEREAS, as the cost to recover returned checks has in-
creased and;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1584 now allows only $3.00 to
be collected for said fee.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the returned check
collection fee be set at $6.00 each.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that previously adopted resolu-
tions in conflict with this action are hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 1980, by
the following vote:
