RESOLUTION NO. 80-114
RESOLUTION OF TIlli COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES FORBARROON PREHISES.
~1HEP~S, the Director of Public Works has recommended
the following schedule of fees in order to offset the cost of city
services, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Gilroy does hereby declare that, pursuant to Section 16.5(a)(1)
of the Gilroy City Code, an annual fee of $40.00 is hereby estab-
lished for the inspection of barroom premises and issuance of the
required permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY this 15th day of December, 1980, to take effect on the 17th
day of December, 1900, by the following vote:
