RESOLUTION NO. 77-9
RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
TJKM FOR A TRAFFIC CONTROLS INVENTORY AND SPEED SURVEY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that NORMAN B. GOODRICH, Mayor of the City of Gilroy,
is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
of Gilroy an agreement between TJKM, a California corporation, and
the City of Gilroy for a Traffic Controls Inventory and Speed
Survey, which is hereby approved in the sum of $18,260.00, subject
to concurrence of and grant funding by the Office of Traffic Safety
for the project in the sum of $16,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1977, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: DeBELL, DUFFIN, PATE and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: CHILDERS and LINK
