RESOLUTION NO. 77-14
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
WAGE SCALES FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY that the State of
California Basic Wage Rate Schedule as determined by the Director
of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code Part 7,
Chapter 1, Article 2, Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1 effective
January 1, 1977, a copy of which is annexed hereto, be, and it is
hereby, approved for use in connection with all public works con-
tracts of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1977, by the
