RESOLUTION NO. 77-31
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-16 REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS, due to more hours of daylight, and good cause appearing
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 77-16 is hereby amended to
provide that commencing May 1, 1977, water shall not be used for any
outdoor purpose between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. each
day, and that all other provisions and exceptions set forth iti Resolution
No. 77~16 shall remain in effect until further order of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1977, by the following
