RESOLUTION NO. 77-59
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION
OF FIRST STREET AND WESTWOOD DRIVE AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State of California,
Department of Transportation for the installation of a traffic control
signal at the intersection of State Highway Route 152 (First Street)
and Westwood Drive and has been submitted to the City Council for
consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1977, by the
