RESOLUTION NO. 77-60
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 77-31 AND A11ENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 77-16 REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS, due to earlier hours of darkness, and good cause
appearing therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED. that Resolution No. 77-31 is hereby
repealed and Resolution'No. 77-16 is hereby amended to provide
that water shall not be used for any outdoor purpose between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day. and that all
other provisions and exceptions set forth in Resolution No,
77-16 shall remain ii1 effect until further order of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September. 1977. by the
following vote:
