RESOLUTION NO. 77-66
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE THE 12.5 FOOT PORTION OF BUTTERCUP
LANE IN THE CITY OF GILROY BETWEEN HESTI.JOOD DRIVE AND FILLIPELLI
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Buttercup Lane in the City of Gilroy, is one of the
public streets in said city and the 12.5 foot portion thereof which
is between Westwood Drive and Fillipelli Drive and is unnecessary for
present or prospective public street purposes and should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Gilroy that it does hereby declare its intention to vacate the 12.5
foot portion of Buttercup Lane in the City of Gilroy which is between
Westwood Drive and Fillipelli Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be published
and said street posted as required in the Street Vacation Act of 1941,
under which this proceeding is instituted, and the 17th day of October,
1977 at 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 7390
Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, is hereby designated as the time
and place at which said City Council shall hear any and all persons
interested in or who may object to the proposed vacation.
One Publication of said notce shall be made in the Gilroy Dis-
parch a newspaper published in the City of Gilroy, at a date at least
ten (10) days prior to the time of hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1977, by the fol-
