RESOLUTION NO. 77-69
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING AN ARTERIAL STOP AT THE SOUTH ENTRMJCE
OF DELTA DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION \.JITH EL DORADO
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
Upon recommendation by the Chief of Police and the Director
of Public Works of the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing
therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
Delta Drive shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection
with El Dorado Drive, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to install an arterial stop sign stopping southbound
traffic on Delta Drive at said intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1977, by the
following vote:
