RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZI~lG THE USE OF CRIHDIAL HISTORY INFORMATION
Ii.'J RE1ATION TO ENPLOYMENT AND LICENSn~G.
Upon recommendation of the City Attorney, and good cause
appearing therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11105
of the Penal Code of the State of California, the following officers
of the City of Gilroy are hereby authorized to have access to and
co utilize state summary criminal history information when it is
needed to assist them in fulfilling employment, certification or
lL~ensing duties: City Administrator, Personnel Director, Chief
of Police, City Attorney, and each appointin8 authority of the
City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1977, by the
