RESOLUTION NO. 77-75
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 77-60 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 77-16 REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS, due to earlier hours of darkness, and good cause
appearing therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 77-60 is hereby repealed
and Resolution No. 77-16 is hereby amended to provide that water
shall not be used for any outdoor purpose between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day, and that all other provisions
and exceptions set forth in Resolution No. 77-16 shall remain in
effect until further order of the Council.
