RESOLUTION NO. 77-82
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION GRANTS-
IN-AID FUNDS FOR GILROY OLD CITY HALL PROJECT NO. 06-76-00178-00,
DATED AUGUST 31, 1977.
WHEREAS, the State of California and the City of Gilroy entered
into a Project Agreement dated August 31, 1977 for the rehabilitation
of the Gilroy Old City Hall, a National Register Property, for com-
mercial use; and
WHEREAS, it is desirous by both parties hereto that said Pro-
ject Agreement be amended to change the "Project Period 6/6/70-6/6/80"
to read in part "Project Period 6/6/77-4/6/80".
NOW, TEHREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
approves the above amendment herein and all other provisions of the
Project Agreement for Project No. 06-76-00178 dated the 31st day of
August, 1977, shall remain in full force and effect.
