RESOLUTION NO. 77-84
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COilllCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTING FUNDS
FROM THE STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD FOR GRANT FOR CLEAN
WATER DESIGN CONTRACT, STEP 2, PROJECT C-06-l0l9-l00.
WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board has offer-
red a $53,125.00 Grant for Clean Water Design Contract, Step 2,
Project No. C-06-l0l9-l0-0 based upon the City of Gilroy's applica-
tion as certified by the said Board to the Environmental Protection
Agency, Region IX.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Gilroy does accept said funds as specified therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1977, by the
following vote:
