RESOLUTION NO. 77-85
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTING FUNDS
FROM THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR GRANT FOR
CLEAN WATER DESIGN OF EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY, PROJECT NO. C-06-0l9-
10-0.
WHEREAS, the United States Environmental Protection Agency
has offerred $318,750.00 Grant for Clean Water Design of Emergency
Water Supply - Agricultural Reuse for Expansion of Treatment Plant
and Modification of Disposal Facilities under a Grant for Clean Water
Design Contract, Step 2, Project No. C-06-10l9-l0-0 based upon the
City's application certified to the United States Environmental
Protection Agency by the California State Water Resources Control
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cduncil of the
City of Gilroy does accept said funds as specified therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1977, by the
following vote:
