RESOLUTION NO. 77-89
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING
THE ANNUAL APPLICATION FEE FOR A BINGO PERMIT.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy does hereby
declare that the annual application fee for a bingo permit pursuant
to Section 5A.7 of the Gilroy City Code shall be computed as follows:
A) For an applicant intending to conduct bingo games
on ten or more occasions during the year, the fee shall be
Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
B) For an applicant for a permit to conduct bingo
games on any nine or less specific dates during the year,
the fee shall be Five ($5.00) Dollars for each date requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1977, by the following
vote:
