RESOLUTION NO, 76-15
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AFFIRHING ON APPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 76-2 OF THE
PLNINING COMMISSION DENYING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW
AN OFFICE FOR PRACTICING ELECTROLOSIS IN AN R-l
(SINGLE FAMILY) ZONE AT 7861 PRINCEVALLE STREET.
WHEREAS. PAMELA CORDICH has filed an appeal in due form from
Resolution No. 76-2 of the Planning Commission of the City of
Gilroy denying a variance to allow an office for practicing
electrolosis in an R-l (Single Family) zone at 7861 Princevalle
Street, Gilroy, California, and notice of the hearing of said
appeal has been given in the manner required by law and the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the said hearing on the appeal has been held on March
1, 1976. at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at
7390 Rosanna Street. Gilroy, California, and continued to this date,
and evidence was submitted upon the said application and appeal from
the findings of the Planning Commission, and thereafter the applicant
withdrew her appeal, the City Council finds:
(l) The findings of the Planning Commission are hereby
approved; and
(2) The Planning Commission did not err in denying the
variance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 76-2 of the
Planning Commission is hereby affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1976, by the following
