RESOLUTION NO, 76-26
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY ARTERIAL STOP AT THE INTERSECTION
OF MILLER AVENUE WITH EIGHTH STREET AND SARATOGA PLACE IN
THE CITY OF GILROY
Upon recomnlendation by the Chief of Police and the Director of
Public Works of the City of GilroYt and good cause appearing theretQr,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
the intersection of Miller Avenue with Eighth Street and Saratoga
Place is hereby declared and established as a four-way arterial stop
intersection, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
install arterial stop signs at all four corners of said intersection,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June I 1976, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS; CHILDERS, DeBELL, DUFFIN, LINK,
PATEt STOUT and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS; NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
