RESOLUTION NO. 76-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY ALLOCATING THE VARIOUS E~1PLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE CITY SERVICE TO APPROPRIATE RANGES. vlliEREAS, it has been determined by meetine and conferring in good faith with the various employee groups and the Council-appointed conferring team; and WHEREAS, several of the groups have signed agreements and others were granted benefits unilaterally; and ~ wHEREAS, Council has granted 6% salary increase which was added to the existing schedule with the Police Sergeants classification re- ceiving an additional 5%; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator received an additional $1,500.00 and the City Attorney received an additional $500.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city employees shall be granted salary adjustments which shall be attached hereto and become a part of the Resolution effective July 1, 1976. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1976, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: CHILDERS, DeBELL, DUFFIN, LINK, PATE STOUT and GOODRICH.
