RESOLUTION NO, 76~43
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76~34 REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS) due to earlier hours of darkness, and good cause
appearing therefore~
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 76~34 is hereby amended
to provide that water shall not be used for any outdoor purpose
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day, and that
all other provisions and exceptions set forth in Resolution No,
76-34 shall remain in effect until further order of the Council,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1976, by the
following vote:
