RESOLUTION NO. 76-50
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESCINDING PRIOR RESOLUTIONS REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS) due to recent heavy rainfall, cooler weather and
decreasing agricultural and food processing water demands, further
regulation of water use does not appear to be necessary at this
time. and good cause appearing therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos. 76-34 and 76-43 regulating
water use infue City of Gilroy are hereby rescinded this date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1976, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS; CHILDERS, DeBELL, DUFFIN, LINK,
PATE, STOUT and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
