RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF
GILROY APPROVING AGREE1.iENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS1 the State of California, through its Business
and Transportation Agency, Department of Tl~nsportation, DBS
presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highways in

effective as of September 1

19 74 , and to remain in effect until amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFOREj be it resolved by the City Council .of the

tha t said Agreement for Maintenance
of the State Highw~in the City is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
