RESOLUTION NO. 75- 34
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-24, ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS AND FIXING
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE WORK
WITHIN TIME SPECIFIED"
CHESTNUT STREET-MURRAY AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT 1974-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that Resolution No. 75-24,"A Resolution Calling for Sealed
proposals and Fixing Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete the
Work Within Time Specified" adopted by this Council on May 19, 1975,
be, and it is hereby ordered amended by changing the date for receiving
bids for the work from 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of July, 1975
to 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 17th day of July, 1975. Bids will be
publicly opened, examined and declared on said day and hour and re-
ferred to and considered by the Council at its meeting at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. on July 21, 1975.

I hereby certify the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
30th day of June, 1975, by the following vote of the members thereof:
