P~SOLUTION NO. 75-59
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE
CITY OF GILROY ON THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEME~T OF
MILLER AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, PROJECT 1975-2 PURSUANT
TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE, ASSESSING PARCELS OF
PROPERTIES FOR THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION AND DETERMINATION OF
PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of
Gilroy has heretofore proceded in accordance with Chapter 20,
of the Gilroy City Code with construction of certain roadway
improvements and has made his report to the Council of said
City of Gilroy on the costs of construction; and
l~EREAS, the 1st day of December, 1975, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Gilroy, California, has been set as the time and place for
hearing the said report and recommendation of said Director of
Public Works, and notice of said hearing has been given in
accordance with law and the Ordinances of the City of Gilroy,
and the Council now having pro ceded to the hearing of said
report and recommendation, and no protests having been received,
and the Council having duly considered the same and determined
that the said report should be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
costs of construction are approved for assessment against the
following parcels:
