RESOLUTION NO. 75- 65
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
MURRAY AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT 1975-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
No. 75-51 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted
by the Council of said City on November 17, 1975, was $211,028.19,
of which the City was to contribute $65,192.76, leaving a balance
to assessment of $145,835.43;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said esti-
mate may be reduced to $ 185,232.54
of which the City will con-
tribute $ 56,490.30
$ 128,742.24
, leaving a balance to assessment of
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $ 128,742.24
and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of
the difference between the original assessment and the new assessment.

I hereby certify the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 15th day of December, 1975, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
