RESOLUTION NO. 75- 68
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
MURRAY AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT 1975-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that the City Clerk of said City, be, and she is
hereby, appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments
shall be made under Resolution No. 75-51 of Preliminary Determi-
nation and of Intention adopted by this Council on November 17,
1975, and that her office in the City Hall, Gilroy, California,
is hereby designated as the place at which the said payments
will be made, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
relieved of all responsibility in connection with collecting
said assessments.

I hereby certify the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 15th day of December, 1975, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

DUFFIN, LINK, PATE and GOODRICH.
