RESOLUTION NO. 1788
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A "REPORT OF \~ASTE DISCHARGE. II
WHEREAS, the Gilroy City Council has determined to prepare and transit
a IIReport of Waste Discharge" to the Cal ifornia Regional Water Qual ity Control
Boa rd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Gilroy City Council hereby authorizes
the City Administrator to prepare and execute a "Report of Waste Discharge" and
to transmit the "Report", along with the required filing fee, to the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1974, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: DUFFIN, HUGHAN, PATE, STOUT, and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: DeBELL, SILVA
