Resolution 1795 ,...-- , ....-", ~ RESOLUTION NO, 1795 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY OF INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT PROGRAM, WHEREAS, an Abandoned Vehicle Trust Fund has been establ ished toe x p e d i t ere mo val 0 f a ban don e d ve h i c I e sin the C i t y 0 f G i I r 0 y , and WHEREAS, Chapter 15, Article IX of the Gilroy City Code meets the requirements of Sections 22660 and 22710 of the Vehicle Code, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Gilroy to partipate in the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program for the period July 1, 1974 through June 30, 1975. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract between the Depart- ment of California Highway Patrol and the City of Gilroy be negotiated and executed by the City Administrator on behalf of the City of Gilroy as required for participation in the Abandoned Vehi- cle Abatement Program.
