RESOLUTION NO. 1801
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1753 FOR A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
Upon request of KENTWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, approval and
recommendation of the Planning Commission, and good cause appearing
therefor;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
Council Resolution No. 1753 granting KENTWOOD DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY a planned unit development permit on 4.5 acres of land
located at 1221 to 1271 Juniper Drive and 1340 First Street is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 6th day of May, 1974, by the
