Resolution 1841 ". .- /, c WJM&~DA:S:ZW 6/25/7~ ~ 12c RESOLUTION NO. 1841 - A, RESOLUTION DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AND ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 PROJECT NO. 64-1 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, that WHEREAS, on June 3, 1974, this Council adopted its Resolution No. 1806 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes and Modifications, wherein it did preliminarily determine that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it intends to order certain changes and modifications therein particularly described, in the proceedings being conducted under Resolution No. 837 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by this Council on June 15, 1964; WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 1806 notice has been duly given of the time and place when and where said Council will consider and finally determine whether the public interest, con- venience and necessity require said changes, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon the matter of making said changes and modifications and when and where it will hear all protests in relation thereto; and WHEREAS , all persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons , desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution No. 1806 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes and Modifications adopted by this Council on June 3, 1974. 3.
