RESOLUTION NO. 1856
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDDCTION OF ASSESSMENT
MONTEREY STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1974-3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that certain assessments levied pursuant to Resolution
No. 1799 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by
this Council on May 6, 1974, as subsequently amended, be, and the
same is hereby, ordered reduced as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the total amount of the assessment
be, and the same is hereby, ordered reduced from $21,218.78 to
