RESOLUTION NO. 1862
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING AN ARTERIAL STOP AT THE EAST AND
WEST ENTRANCES OF EIGHTH STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH HANNA STREET IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
Upon recommendation by the Chief of Police and the Director
of Public Works of the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing
therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
that Eighth Street shall be an arterial stop street at its inter-
section with Hanna Street, and the Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to install two arterial stop signs stopping east-
bound and westbound traffic on Eighth Street at said intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1974, by the
following vote:
