RESOLUTION NO. 1700
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY PERTAINING
TO THE COMMON USE OF A TOWER LINE RIGHT OF WAY IN TRACT NO. 5272, TIERRA LINDA.
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has presented an agreement
entitled "Consent to Common Use" which concerns streets and related facilities
in Tract 5272 "Tierra Linda", lying within Pacific Gas and Electric's Tower
line right of way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy, that said Consent of Common Use Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and/or City Administrator are directed to execute the
same on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1973, by the following
